Longhao Company is committed to a sustainable development strategy centered on energy conservation, emission reduction, and low-carbon environmental protection—after all, “lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.” The company collaborates with the Institute of Electric Light Sources at Fudan University in Shanghai to develop insect-attracting light wavelengths for insecticidal lamps, and partners with the Research Institute of Agricultural Unmanned Aerial Systems at China Agricultural University to conduct joint R&D on autonomous orchard spraying machines. It also undertakes project approval and supervision for research conducted by the Zhejiang Provincial Citrus Research Institute, and has been commissioned by the College of Plant Protection at China Agricultural University to develop and demonstrate ladybug repellents. Longhao specializes in manufacturing a comprehensive product line that includes hybrid oil-electric and all-electric autonomous systems, modular multi-functional tracked remote-controlled orchard sprayers, solar-powered self-cleaning insecticidal lamps, IoT-enabled cloud-based remote-control insecticidal lamps, solar-powered wind-suction insecticidal lamps, sex pheromone lures, ladybug repellents, sticky insect traps, insect traps, solar-powered landscape-style mosquito-killing lamps, and integrated solar-powered insecticidal lighting units.
In 2000–2001, it was recognized as an advanced private enterprise at the district level.
In 2004, the self-cleaning insecticidal lamp was included as a national-level Spark Program project.
In 2004, a self-cleaning, fully automatic agricultural spectral insecticidal lamp was developed as part of a national-level Spark Program project.
In 2012, it was recognized as an Outstanding Science and Technology Enterprise of Zhejiang Province.
From 2015 to 2024, the company was continuously recognized and rated as a Municipal AA-Level Unit for Honoring Contracts and Valuing Credit.
In December 2015, Longhao Company was appointed as the leading unit of the Professional Committee on Physical Control Equipment under the Plant Protection and Cleaning Machinery Branch of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association.
In 2018, it served as the chair unit of the first session of the Green Pest Control Technology and Equipment Branch of the China Agricultural Machinery Industry Association.
In 2018, it was recognized as a provincial-level science and technology enterprise.
In 2018, the company made outstanding contributions to the construction and promotion of green pest and disease control demonstration orchards in Shandong Province and was awarded honorary titles. The company has also been admitted as a director unit of the China Association for Prevention and Control of Public Health Pests, a director unit of the Hubei Provincial Zhejiang Enterprises Federation, and an independent import–export entity.
In 2018, the company took the lead in drafting the industry standard for “Solar-Powered Insecticidal Lamps.”
In 2021, the company served as the lead drafter of the Zhejiang Manufacturing “Pinzi Mark” group standard for solar-powered insecticidal lamps and received a reward from the local government.
In 2021, the company submitted two products—the TDB-20213 solar-powered, wind-suction electric insect-killing lamp and the TDB-20182 intelligent, solar-powered, self-cleaning insect-killing lamp—for appraisal and acceptance under Zhejiang Province’s New Industrial Products and New Technologies Certification Program, and both were awarded subsidies from the local government.
In 2022, three products—solar-powered electric-shock insecticidal lamps, solar-powered wind-suction insecticidal lamps, and solar-powered water-immersion insecticidal lamps—were certified under Zhejiang’s “Pinzi” product certification scheme and received subsidies from the local government.
The company owns several proprietary brands, including “Longhao,” “Tianbibao,” “Lujian,” “Lifēi,” and “Worren.” Its solar-powered insecticidal lamps have been certified as quality-compliant by the National Agricultural Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center and the National Plant Protection Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center. Furthermore, for three consecutive years (2013–2015), the company underwent random inspections conducted by the National Agricultural Machinery Quality Supervision and Inspection Center on behalf of the General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and consistently passed these inspections, earning the “China Quality Inspection Stable Qualified Product” certificate issued by the China Association for Quality Inspection.
In 2023, the organization was re-elected as the chair unit of the Green Pest Control Technology and Equipment Branch of the Agricultural Machinery Industry Association for a second term.
In 2023, it served as the chair unit of the Luqiao District Agricultural Machinery Promotion Association.
The solar-powered, frequency-vibration insecticidal lamp has been recognized as a key recommended product by the Shanghai Agricultural Technology Extension Center from 2008 to 2012 and as a key promoted pesticide and equipment product by the Hubei Provincial Department of Agriculture from 2009 to 2012. The company has also successively obtained multiple national invention patents for self-cleaning insecticidal lamps, anti-climbing electrical devices, insect collectors, and other innovations.
In 2025, five products, including the all-electric intelligent self-propelled air-assisted sprayer and the intelligent self-propelled air-assisted sprayer, were awarded the 3C China National Compulsory Product Certification.
The company has obtained multiple utility model patents and design patents for innovative insecticidal lamp structures.
